What works in wallet ads
- Prove slim with the photo. An edge-on shot or one in a pocket shows thickness; a flat shot from above hides it.
- Show capacity honestly. If the headline says it holds 12 cards, the photo should show it full and still thin.
- Let the leather sell. Grain, edge paint and stitching up close justify a price better than a "premium" badge.
- Name the material and the feature: full-grain leather, aluminum, RFID blocking, a coin pocket, but only what your page lists.
- Lean into gifting. Father's Day, graduations and the holidays are when many wallets are bought for someone else.
Two first tests
Form against gift: one ad on thinness and capacity, one on the occasion, same wallet, same price. For leather brands, add craft against function: a close-up material ad against a card-count ad.
Engraving, gift boxes and free shipping only appear when your store offers them. Put a seasonal offer in Your brief in your own words and the ads use it exactly.
