What happens to your photo
- We collect the product photos from your store pages, or the ones you upload when you add a product by hand.
- Each photo is sorted: clean packshots become cutouts, lifestyle shots without text are kept for full-bleed layouts, and photos with text or clutter are set aside.
- The cutout is placed large, usually between a third and 60% of the canvas, so the label stays readable, with a soft shadow so it sits on the page.
- The ad is designed around it in HTML and CSS, so the type stays crisp and every word can be edited later.
Photos that make the best ads
- A straight-on packshot on a plain background, with the whole product in frame. This becomes your cleanest cutout.
- At least 1500 px on the long side, so the product stays sharp in a 1080x1350 feed ad.
- One lifestyle photo with calm space (a table, a wall, the sky) and no text on it. It can carry an editorial ad on its own.
- Other angles or variants if you have them. A batch uses a different photo or crop per ad when it can, which keeps the set from looking repetitive.
Avoid photos with text, badges or collages baked in. We can't edit words inside an image, and they fight with the ad's own headline.
Why we don't redraw products
Image generators repaint the whole picture, including your product. Labels come back misspelled, logos drift, and a bottle can gain a cap it never had. That's a problem on any ad and a serious one where the label is the proof, as in skincare or supplements. Keeping the real photo means the ad shows what the customer will receive.
