Privacy policy

• Account details. Your email address (and your name if you give it), used to sign you in with an email code or Google and to email you about your account and your ads.
• Your store's public pages. When you paste a store link we read its public product pages: product names, prices, sale prices, photos, ratings, review counts, review quotes (with the reviewer name as your store shows it), offers and brand colors and fonts.
• What you give us. Brand files you upload (logos, brand guides, fonts, ads you like, photos), product screenshots, product details you type in, your brief, and your edits.
• Your ads. The ads we make for you, their sizes, motion versions, earlier versions and the facts each ad was checked against.
• Billing. Our payment provider handles your card. We keep your plan, subscription status, payment events and the ads added to or used from your balance. We never see or store your full card number.
• Ad account connection (optional). If you connect a Meta ad account, we keep the connection, the ad accounts you chose, the ads you sent and their results (spend, impressions, clicks, purchases and revenue as Meta reports them).
• Early access list. Your email and, if you add it, your store link.
• Usage and safety data. Basic logs, product events (such as "preview started" or "ads ready") and rate-limit records. IP addresses and emails used for rate limits are stored as one-way hashes.

To sign you in, read your store, make, check and deliver your ads, send your ads to Meta when you ask, show your results, steer your next batch, take payments, answer support emails, prevent abuse (for example repeated free trials), and keep the service reliable.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your uploads, your store data or your ads to train AI models. We do not run advertising trackers on storetoads.com.

These providers process data on our behalf, each under its own terms and privacy policy:

• Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage, image processing and sending our emails.
• WorkOS: sign-in (email codes and Google sign-in).
• Stripe: payments, subscriptions and invoices.
• Anthropic: the AI models that read your store data and design and check your ads.
• Firecrawl: fetching public store pages when a store blocks direct reading.
• Zernio: the connection to Meta used to send your ads as paused drafts and read their results, only if you connect an ad account.
• Meta and Google: only when you choose to connect a Meta ad account or sign in with Google; their own terms apply to what you do on their platforms.

Some of these providers process data in the United States and other countries.

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in and a short-lived security cookie during Google sign-in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep your account, brand kit and ads while your account is open so you can download and edit them. After you ask us to delete your account we delete your data, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons (such as invoices) and short-lived backups, which expire on their own.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing hello@storetoads.com from the email on your account. You can disconnect your Meta ad account and cancel your plan from the app at any time. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California) you may have further rights, such as objecting to some uses; email us and we will help.

StoreToAds is a business tool for adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
