Three angles that move coffee
Taste
Name the notes and the origin. "Jasmine, peach, honey" from a washed Ethiopian is a reason to stop scrolling; "smooth and bold" is wallpaper. Keep the roast level honest, since shoppers read a dark image as a dark roast.
Freshness
If you roast to order or print roast dates, say it with a number. Freshness is one of the main reasons people leave supermarket coffee.
Subscription
Subscribe-and-save turns one order into many. Show the saving your store actually offers and how often bags arrive.
Whatever the angle, keep the bag larger than the beans, mugs and burlap. The label is what shoppers look for when they land on your store.
An example: Halden Ethiopia Guji
Halden is one of our fictional sample brands: a light roast at $21 for 340 g, 4.9 stars from 612 reviews, roasted every Monday and shipped within 48 hours, with 15% off on subscription. Our engine built four ads from that page, each on a different reason to buy:

The other three were a tasting-notes ad, a review card led by "Like peach tea." and a big "48h" freshness ad.
