Terms of service

StoreToAds reads a store's public product pages (or details and screenshots you give us) and makes static ads around the store's real product photos, in several sizes, with motion versions on request. Prices, ratings, review counts and quotes in an ad are checked against the store before the ad is delivered. Some features may be labelled as coming soon; they are not part of the service until they are live.

Only make ads for stores and products you own or are authorized to market. You keep all rights to your store content, photos, brand files and reviews. You confirm you have the rights to the material you ask us to use, including logos, trademarks, packaging, photos and customer reviews, and you give us a limited license to store and process it only to provide and improve the service for you.

The ads we deliver to your account are yours to use commercially: run them on ad platforms, post them on your store and channels, and edit them. We claim no ownership of them and charge no royalties. Free preview ads are for evaluating StoreToAds.

You are responsible for how you use your ads. Review each ad before you publish it, keep prices and offers current (stores change after we read them), and follow the policies of the platforms where you run them, such as Meta, Google and Pinterest.

• Plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. They renew until you cancel.
• Each plan includes a number of new ads (for example 10 every Monday on Growth). An ad counts only when it passes our layout and fact checks and reaches your library. Unused ads roll over to the next week or month.
• Growth, Pro and Scale start with a 7-day free trial that needs a card. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan's price is charged. One trial per person, account and store.
• You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops future charges.

If StoreToAds is not right for you, ask for a refund from your billing page within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment. The ads you made are yours to keep. The guarantee applies once per person, account and store.

If you connect an ad account, ads we send arrive as paused drafts. Nothing spends until you publish it in your ad account, and you control budgets, targeting and publishing. Ad spend is between you and the ad platform. We are not responsible for ad platform decisions, such as rejected ads or account restrictions.

Do not use StoreToAds to make misleading or unlawful ads, to infringe anyone's rights, to impersonate another business, to market products that the ad platforms prohibit, or to overload, scrape or attack the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or abuse free previews, trials or refunds.

Ads are designed and checked by automated systems. We work hard to make them accurate and good, but we do not guarantee that an ad is error-free, unique, or that it will reach any sales or performance result. You decide whether an ad is right to run.

StoreToAds is a new service and may change. We may add, change or remove features, and update these terms; if a change matters we will update the date above and tell you by email. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost ad spend. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using StoreToAds and close your account at any time by emailing hello@storetoads.com. We may end or suspend the service for an account that breaks these terms. Sections 3, 8 and 10 continue after the agreement ends.
