For Google, StoreToAds makes the image assets that responsive display ads and Performance Max use: a 1.91:1 landscape (1200x628) and a 1:1 square. Google fits those to many placements, so you don't need a separate file for every banner slot.
Honest note: we don't make HTML5 or animated banners, and fixed banner sizes like 300x250 or 728x90 are not offered yet.
