What works in fitness product ads
Gear
Bands, mats, weights and bottles sell on materials and use. Name the resistance levels, thickness or weight your page lists, and show the product large.
Nutrition
Tubs and shakes sell on the label: grams of protein, servings, flavors, third-party testing if your page states it. Keep the label legible.
Activewear
Leggings and tops sell on fabric and fit: squat-proof, pockets, sweat-wicking, when your page says so.
Across all three: one claim per ad, product first, then the hook, then the button.
Meta's rules for health and fitness
Meta restricts ads that imply something about the viewer's body, and body before-and-after images are a common reason fitness ads get rejected. We never generate bodies or result photos, and claims like "burn fat" or "results in 30 days" are not written unless your page makes them. Even then, a measured fact (30 g of protein, 6 resistance levels) usually makes the stronger ad.
For supplements, the supplement ad generator covers label claims in more depth.
