What makes a product pin work
- Vertical, not taller. 2:3 is the shape Pinterest recommends; much taller pins can be cut off in the feed.
- Say what it is. Pinners search, so a pin that names the product and its use ("8 oz soy candle, about 50 hours of burn") answers the question they typed.
- Useful over loud. Ingredient notes, feature callouts and gift lists do better than shouting discounts.
- Plan for the season early. People save ideas weeks before they buy, so seasonal pins should go up well ahead of the date.
Formats that suit Pinterest
Annotated product ads, ingredient or scent notes, feature grids and Notes-app lists translate naturally to Pinterest, because they read like a helpful idea rather than an interruption. Each StoreToAds batch mixes formats, and every ad is delivered at 2:3.

Getting pins live
- Download the 2:3 files, or the whole batch as one ZIP.
- In Pinterest Ads Manager, create a campaign and upload them as standard image pins.
- Link each pin to the product page it shows, and add a clear title and description with the words people search for.
We don't publish to Pinterest directly: sending ads is only available for Meta today.
