What Predis.ai is great at
Predis.ai covers more of the social media job than we do. Its pricing and product pages list static, carousel and video ads, UGC-style avatar videos from your product catalog, competitor analysis, scheduling and auto-posting to between 10 and 60 channels depending on the plan, integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and Squarespace, more than 18 languages, phone apps and an API.
- Hands-off posting. The praise in its reviews is mostly about time saved: content made and published without the owner touching it.
- Several stores in one account. Rise covers up to 4 brands and Enterprise+ is unlimited.
- Carousels and video next to single images.
- A low way in. Core is $32 a month, or $19 a month billed yearly ($230).
If your goal is a steady social feed across many channels with very little effort, Predis.ai is built for that and StoreToAds is not.
What reviewers complain about
Overall ratings are good: 4.4 from 276 reviews on Trustpilot, 4.7 from 186 on Capterra and 4.7 from 167 on its Shopify app listing, as shown on October 17, 2026. The low-star reviews still have a pattern.
| Theme | How often | What reviewers describe |
|---|---|---|
| Billing, yearly charges, a card for the free trial | 8 of 20 | A bigger charge than the plan they thought they picked, or a charge at the end of the trial |
| Output looked AI-made or repetitive | 4 of 20 | Similar-looking images, a logo placed wrong |
| Support and bugs | 3 of 20 | Errors after paying, problems in some browsers |
“Signed up for what I thought was a monthly plan... wanting to charge me over $900!”
Trustpilot, 1-star review, Apr 13, 2026“My logo is constantly pasted incorrectly”
Trustpilot, 1-star review, May 8, 2026“It cannot reliably pull content from a website URL, which should be a core feature, it has never worked for me.”
Capterra review, Mar 28, 2026“creating videos costs way too many credits!”
Trustpilot, 3-star review, Oct 12, 2026
One of these is worth reading twice if you sell products: a reviewer who wanted posts made from their website said the URL import never worked for them. Product facts are the raw material of a product ad, so test that step first in any tool you try, ours included.

Where StoreToAds is different
Predis.ai writes content. StoreToAds writes ads, and the difference is the facts. A social post can say "new arrival". An ad that says "$38, was $48, 4.8 stars from 1,204 reviews" has to be right, because the number is the reason someone clicks.
So every StoreToAds ad starts from your store. We read your product pages, prices and compare-at prices, your rating and your review texts. The engine gives each ad a different reason to buy, designs around the photo already on your page, then checks every number and quote against where it came from. An ad that fails the check is fixed or dropped, and you're never charged for it.

After that, you decide what runs and where. Download the 5 sizes for Meta, Pinterest and Google, or on a weekly plan send ads to your Meta account as paused ads. Nothing publishes on its own.
Honest note: we don't post to social channels, keep a content calendar, make carousels or write in other languages. If an automated feed across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and more is the job, Predis.ai fits it.
Who should not switch
- You use Predis.ai mainly for organic posting and the calendar. We do neither.
- You need ads and posts in several languages.
- You run four stores on one inexpensive plan and the output is good enough.
- Your winning ads are carousels or avatar videos.
How to switch from Predis.ai
- Save your posts and ads. Download Posts is listed as a feature; keep what you want before the plan ends.
- Cancel the subscription. Predis.ai's help center: Pricing & Account, then Billing Plan, scroll down to Cancel Plan, choose Cancel subscription and confirm. The help center says this cancels at the end of the billing term, and that you can email hello@predis.ai to cancel at once. If Shopify bills you, unsubscribe in Shopify instead.
- Check the timing in writing. Predis.ai's terms describe it differently from the help center: they say a cancellation before the end of a paid month takes effect immediately. Read both and keep the confirmation email.
- Expect no refund on past charges. Its pricing page says payments after the trial are non-refundable, and its terms rule out refunds for partial months.
- Compare on one product. Paste that product's store link into StoreToAds for 3 free ads and put them next to your last Predis.ai batch.
