Do you redraw my product with AI?
No. We reuse the original product photo rather than generate new product pixels. Review the crop, scale and visibility of the label in each exported size.
Where do the prices and reviews come from?
From your store. We read your product pages, prices, sale prices and reviews, and every number or quote in an ad is checked against that source before the ad is delivered.
Does it work with Etsy, WooCommerce or Wix?
Yes. Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and PrestaShop stores work from the store link. On Etsy or Amazon, paste one product's listing link. No store at all? Add the product by hand with a few photos.
Does this replace Meta Advantage+ or Shopify Campaign Autopilot?
No, it works next to them. They are free tools from Facebook and Shopify that run and tune your ads using the images you already have. StoreToAds makes new ads to give them: designed around your real product photo, with source checks, created on demand or through optional delivery. Add them to your Advantage+ campaigns, or send them to Facebook and Instagram as paused ads.
What if my store blocks automatic reading?
Some stores (including some Shopify stores) block automatic reading. If yours does, upload screenshots of your product page and we fill in the details for you, or type them in by hand. You check everything before any ad uses it.
Is there a free trial? Can I get my money back?
Try 3 free feed-size previews, with no signup or card. Growth, Pro and Scale offer a 7-day trial; nothing is charged when the trial starts. Every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee after your first payment. Request it from your billing page; one trial and one refund per store.
Do I also pay Facebook to run the ads?
Only if you run them as paid ads. Posting the ads on your own pages is free. Running paid Facebook or Instagram ads costs extra, paid to Facebook, at the budget you choose in your ad account. Ads we send there arrive paused, so nothing spends until you press go.
Can I change the words?
Yes. Every headline, price, badge and button is editable in the browser, and edits are instant and free.
What sizes do I get?
Each paid design includes all five sizes. The 3 free preview designs are 4:5 feed-size only.
