What a restock ad needs
- The product exactly as people saw it before: same photo, same name, same color.
- "Back in stock" or "It's back" in big type. This is one of the few times a short label can be the whole headline.
- Which variant is back, if only some sizes or colors are.
- The price, so nobody has to click to find out.
- Proof that it sold out, only if true: "Sold out in March. Back now."
Copy lines that work: "You waited. It's back." "Back in sage, sizes S to XL." "Restocked: the 8 oz jar."
Who should see it
Restock ads earn the most from people who already wanted the product: site visitors who viewed it, shoppers who added it to cart, and your email list. Meta lets you build custom audiences from site visitors and customer lists, so show these ads there first, then to broader audiences. One to two weeks is usually enough.
Do not overstate it
"Selling fast", "limited restock" and "only 50 left" belong in the ad only when they are true. If the item sells out again while the ads are live, pause them, because an ad that leads to a sold-out page wastes money and goodwill.
Honest note: StoreToAds does not watch your inventory. You tell it what is back, and it never adds scarcity lines on its own.
