What AdCreative.ai does
AdCreative.ai describes itself as a way to "create ads, texts, photos, and videos". From its homepage, October 17, 2026:
- Ad creatives: banners and social ads in many sizes, from your brand settings and templates.
- Product photoshoots: AI scenes around your product photo, and a product video from one image.
- UGC-style video and ad copy.
- Creative Scoring AI: a predicted performance score for each creative, which AdCreative.ai says is over 90% accurate.
- Competitor Insights, brand profiles, batch creation, a compliance checker, iStock photos and ad platform integrations on every plan.
It says its models are trained on patterns from more than $35 billion in ad spend. We can't check that; it is their statement.
AdCreative.ai pricing in October 2026
The prices sit on the homepage (the /pricing address answered 404 when we checked). Paying for a quarter takes 25% off and a year takes 50% off.
| Plan | Monthly | Quarterly | Yearly | Users |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $39/month | $29/month | $20/month | 1 |
| Professional | $249/month | $185/month | $125/month | 10 |
| Ultimate | $999/month | $749/month | $500/month | 20 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom |
- Credits are the real limit. A credit is used when you download a creative; generating is unlimited. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and don't roll over.
- Confirm the credit count at checkout. The plan cards showed 20 credits a month for Starter and 300 for Professional and Ultimate, while the sign-up links and other AdCreative.ai pages named 10, 50 and 100.
- Go by the checkout price. Seasonal offer lines (a Father's Day sale, a Black Friday bundle) were still on the page in mid-October, so the price in the checkout is the one that counts.
The free trial: what happens on day 7
The trial lasts 7 days and gives 10 credits, with "the exact same access as our Pro plan". A card is required at sign-up; AdCreative.ai says you won't be charged during the 7 days.
If you don't cancel in time, its refund page says, "your subscription will automatically renew under the same plan": the one selected when you signed up. That is the moment most low-star reviews describe. Several say they expected a small plan and saw a $339 Professional charge or a yearly renewal.
- Before entering a card, check which plan and which billing term (monthly, quarterly or yearly) are selected.
- Set a reminder for day 5, so you have time to cancel or switch plans.
- If you cancel, keep the confirmation email until the trial date has passed.
How to cancel AdCreative.ai
From AdCreative.ai's help center, October 17, 2026:
- Open Settings in the left menu.
- Go to the Account tab and scroll to the bottom.
- Press Cancel My Subscription.
- Fill in the short feedback form.
- Type CONFIRM and press Proceed with Cancellation.
"Your account will be scheduled for cancellation once your current billing period ends," the article says, and for immediate cancellation you contact support. You keep access, and your credits, until that date. Download what you want before then, since unused credits expire.
Whether you can remove a saved card or delete the account yourself isn't covered in the help center. Three of the 20 newest low-star Trustpilot reviews say they couldn't find either option; if you need that, ask support in writing and keep the reply.
Refunds: what the policy says
AdCreative.ai states its refund rule in three places, in slightly different words:
- Homepage FAQ: "We offer refunds within 7 days for monthly plans and 30 days for yearly plans, provided the platform hasn't been used (e.g., generating creatives, downloading assets)."
- Refund page: a refund can be considered if "you subscribed but did not use the service at all", and is not available if "the service was used during your subscription". Processing takes "around 2-3 weeks after approval".
- Help center: a 100% refund within 7 days of the charge on monthly plans and 30 days on yearly plans.
So the safe reading: ask within 7 days of a monthly charge, before generating or downloading anything, and expect the money weeks later. Eleven of the 20 newest low-star Trustpilot reviews describe a refund that was approved and then slow to arrive.
What reviewers praise, and what they report
| Site | Rating | Reviews |
|---|---|---|
| Trustpilot | 3.5 | 4,605 |
| G2 | 4.3 | 794 |
| Capterra | 3.3 | 169 |
The split is telling. G2 reviewers, often marketers using it at work, rate the product well and mostly ask for finer control over fonts and layouts. Trustpilot's low-star pages are mostly about money: charges after the trial, renewals people didn't expect and refunds that took weeks.
“Customer support approved my $339 refund three weeks ago... I am only receiving automated template emails”
Trustpilot, 1-star review, Sep 10, 2026“They took a whole year of subscription renewal without any notice.”
Trustpilot, 1-star review, Sep 1, 2026“Some outputs feel a bit generic, but a few are surprisingly good and only need minor tweaks before launching.”
Product Hunt review, Mar 2026“I loved learning about setting up brand profiles and the ability to incorporate those and primary customer demographics into ad creations”
Trustpilot, 5-star review, Oct 16, 2026
Is AdCreative.ai worth it?
It can be, for the right buyer, if you go in with the trial under control.
- Worth a look for marketing teams that need many formats, video and copy in one tool, share an account across 10 or 20 people, and value a score to rank options. The yearly price brings Professional down to $125 a month.
- Think twice if you are a one-person shop that mainly needs a few product ads a week. Starter's credits are few, they expire monthly, and the trial renews into whichever plan you picked.
- Either way: choose the plan and term deliberately, set a day-5 reminder, and download before a period ends.
If you would rather have ads made from your store
StoreToAds, our product, is narrower: it reads your product pages, designs static ads around your real product photo and checks every price and quote against your store. You see 3 ads of your own product with no card first. We wrote up how the two compare, and when to stay with AdCreative.ai, on the AdCreative.ai alternative page.
