What Pippit is great at
Pippit's pricing page leads with video: dozens of social videos from one product link, AI product images, marketplace integrations, and auto-publishing with analytics. There is a free plan with daily credits and no card. Paid plans on its US page are billed yearly: Starter USD 101, Plus USD 246 and Pro from USD 540 to USD 3,599 a year, depending on the credit tier.
For a seller who needs many short videos for TikTok and Reels on a tight budget, that is a lot of tool for the money. Reviewers who like it point to the free daily credits.
Our head-to-head of the two products is Pippit vs StoreToAds. This page is about the switch.
What users complain about
We coded 10 public Trustpilot complaints about Pippit from 2026. We didn't record its overall rating, and it's a small sample, but the pattern is clear.

|---|---|---|

How Pippit's credits, cancelling and refunds work
Most of the complaints above read differently once you know Pippit's own rules. From its subscription help page and terms of service:
- Plan credits end with the plan. "Credits included in subscription plans: Expire when the subscription ends." Credits bought on top are valid for two years.
- Cancelling stops the renewal. Click your profile picture at the top right, choose Subscription and click Cancel auto renewal. You can use the product until the subscription expires.
- Refunds have a 14-day, zero-use window. The terms give a full refund if you cancel within 14 calendar days of the subscription starting, provided you haven't used the premium services in any way. Otherwise you keep access to the end of the period and pay the full fee.
- The watermark comes off on paid plans. Watermark removal, 4K upscale and the advanced AI models are listed as paid features.
- Deleting the account is done from the Manage account page, per the terms.
Pippit and StoreToAds side by side

| Paid plans | $49 to $199 a month, cancel in the app | USD 101 to USD 3,599 a year, billed yearly on the US page |

| Fixing a result | Edits, Ask AI and re-renders free (daily caps) | Generations and changes use credits |
| Refunds | 30-day money-back guarantee after the first payment | Full refund within 14 days, only with zero use |
| Prices and reviews in the ad | Checked against your store before delivery | Pulled from the product link; no check described |
Where StoreToAds is different
If credits were the problem, StoreToAds counts something simpler. A plan buys a number of finished ads, and a finished ad is one design in five sizes that passed our layout and fact checks. Ads that fail the checks are never charged. Rewording, asking AI to change an ad and re-rendering are free, so a "retry" never eats your month.
The result isn't a gamble on a prompt, either. The engine reads your product page, picks a different reason to buy for each ad, designs around your real photo and checks the numbers. You can still steer: Your brief sets the offer, the lines that must appear and the words that never should.

Honest note: we don't make avatar videos, trend remixes or social posts, and Pippit's free plan costs less than any of our plans. If short video at the lowest price is the goal, staying with Pippit makes sense.
Who should not switch
- Most of your ads are short videos for TikTok.
- You live on the free plan and the watermark rules don't bother you.
- You publish to social channels from the same tool.
- You're inside the first 14 days and haven't used it. Ask Pippit for the refund its terms describe before anything else.
How to switch from Pippit
- Export your videos and images. Plan credits expire when the subscription ends, so finish and download what you need first.
- Turn off renewal. Profile picture (top right), Subscription, Cancel auto renewal. Access continues until the period ends.
- Check the 14-day rule. If the subscription started within the last 14 days and you haven't used it at all, Pippit's terms allow a full refund.
- Make 3 static ads of the same product. Paste your store or product link into StoreToAds. No card and no watermark.
- Delete the account if you want to. The terms point to the Manage account page.
