1. **Use or save your credits first.** On Starter and Creator, unused credits reset each cycle, and Arcads' FAQ says unused credits are lost when a cancellation takes effect. Download the videos you want to keep.
2. **Cancel in Settings.** From Arcads' FAQ: Settings, Billing, Manage subscription, Cancel subscription. It takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. On a custom plan, contact support. Cancelling during the 72-hour trial ends access right away.
3. **See whether a refund applies.** Arcads' refund policy (dated September 16, 2026) refunds a billing period in full if no generation credits were used in it and you ask within 30 days of the charge.
4. **Test statics next to your videos.** Paste your store link for 3 free StoreToAds ads, then run the strongest one against your top Arcads video on the same audience.

## Adding statics next to your videos

1. **Same product, new format.** Paste the product link you used in your scripts. We read its price, rating and reviews.

**Is there a cheaper alternative to Arcads?**

**Can I get a refund from Arcads?**
